Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1959) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of Law in New York Law School and was formerly an Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. She provided legal commentary on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual and National Public Radio. She's appeared on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File, with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs, and the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, and raised at Yakima located in Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima at West Valley High School. She holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts at Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) along with a JD in law from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past of The US Attorney. The correspondent was a lawyer of NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "the Chief Investigative Counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." Her time at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 through 2001. She ran the school's Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl worked as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001-2017.
